British Association of Adoption and Fostering (BAAF)
Recent news explains that these findings caused a sudden alternation in the BAAF’s adoption policy, who had initially proposed for e-cigarette users to not be allowed to adopt under-five’s. The change in awareness has now caused the BAAF to change their policy on e-cigarettes. The use of electronic cigarettes neither pose a passive risk to others nor do they encourage children to want to try real cigarettes.
