E-Liquid & Coil Options

There are a range of coils available for vaping with these Uforce PNP-X tanks: PNP-X 0.3ohm and PNP-X 0.6ohm coils for sub ohm / direct to lung (DTL) vaping. In terms of the difference between the coils, the lower the ohms the more vapour and flavour typically. The higher the ohms, the longer your juice and battery will last, and it also lets you vape slightly higher nicotine strengths.

Overall these are DTL or RDL vapes, depending on the coils used, and therefore we recommend they are used with very low nicotine or zero nicotine juices. We have a huge range of brands and flavours on this link, and the PNP coils work best with a VG % of 70% or more. For a smoker trying to give up, we’d typically recommend higher nicotine strengths depending on how many you smoke. Therefore this would not be a kit we’d usually advise to give up smoking, unless you smoke only a few a day.

External Batteries

The Drag 5 mod is powered by dual 18650 batteries. It is recommended that dual 18650 batteries are only charged with an external battery charger. A suitable dual charger is the Efest Slim K2 charger, or you can use an optional 4 bay Nitecore charger or 8 bay Efest Lush Q8 charger if you want to have multiple spare batteries.

Please note that the 2 batteries used in this mod should be the same brand, bought at the same time, to ensure they output equal power. This ensures that one battery is not discharging faster than the other, and prevents battery venting. Using an external battery charger will keep the batteries as a matched pair and charge at equal power.
